From the archives: Dragonflies | Ecuador 2011

I recently had a look at some pictures ‘from the archives’ again and selected some dragonfly shots. This was really the first time I’d seen so many dragonflies – particularly with such diversity. I found photographing them tricky as they tend to, well, fly around a lot 😆 As with most nature photography: patience and persistence pay off. Taken in the south of Ecuador, near Zamora and further east in November 2011.
